Excellent customer service! I needed help to get some poplar shelving boards for a project, and Thomas stopped what he was doing with a forklift and helped me out. He helped cut the boards to my dimensions and then wrapped them so I could easily transport them. It slowed his day down, but it made mine! Thanks so much, Johnson Lumber Ace Hardware, for an excellent customer service experience.

Stellar service from Johnson Lumber Ace Hardware! I was looking for panel fence hinges which are difficult to come by; although they didn't carry what I needed, they searched elsewhere to assist and called me the next day. Now that's going above and beyond!

Great store all around. It has great inventory for a smaller hardware store. I love the feel I get when coming here. The staff is always kind. Every time I'm in the area, I have to stop by. I always find something I need or got to have here at this location.
